vacancy: Admin Assistant/Project Clerk - Company Confidential


Responsibilities

  • Assist day to day administration, operational matters and provide secretarial support to project team.
  • To manage all secretarial tasks such as incoming calls, correspondences (letter/email), filing and all project documents.
  • Organise paper work and computer based information.
  • Creating and revising briefing notes, reports and other documents and presentations.
  • Perform data-entry, recording, printing and filing duties.
  • Responsible to take phone calls and direct message promptly to the concerned personnel.
  • Responsible for receiving mails and mailing out of mails, general filing and typing.
  • To keep records of the stock of stationeries.
  • To undertake other duties as instructed.

Requirements

  • Posseses at least SPM or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in administration or clerical.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Proactive, take initiative and well organized.
  • Ability multi-task and work independently as well as a team.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point).
 Location : Sabah
