Responsibilities


  • To produce monthly report relating to specific areas of responsibility and the productivity of key accounts and prospective accounts they’re in.
  • To provide current, accurate, and appropriate up to date information on all key accounts and prospective accounts.
  • To assist in the planning and implementation of promotions and packages when required doing so.
  • To follow through on any lead and ensure that the appropriate action is taken to secure business at every opportunity.
  • To reply immediately to all incoming correspondence, telephone calls and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Participate in the production of the monthly report by outlining account productivity, market segment performance breakdown, and month end performance vs. target, client/market feedback, and forthcoming monthly activities.
  • Produce a critical path in relation to each marketing activity and ensure that each action point is completed by due date.
  • To perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely efficient manner in accordance with established policies to achieve objective of the position.
  • To maintain the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotels guests, clients, staff and employees.
  • To maintain a professional business confidentially.
  • To perform related duties and special project as assigned.

Requirements


  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Master's Degree, any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.
