Lima Ribu Jutamas Holding Sdn. Bhd, is a fast expanding company in the construction industry based in Tawau, Sabah. In line with our expansion, we invite suitable candidates to apply for the following position:
Responsibilities
- Work with architects, external QS, contractors and project team
- Manage and prepare all contract documentation
- Control and monitor project cost, progress and claims
- Evaluate claims for progress payment and additional works
- Provide support in the estimation of new project costs, preparation of specifications, BQ & other tender requirements
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Able to work independently and travel to site for valuation
