vacancy : Technical Admin assistant, HR Cum Payroll Manager, Accountant

the timber company based in sandakan. in line with our expansion, we wish to invite highly motivated and dedicated candidates to join us for following career opportunity:-

1. technical Admin Assistant

  • possess a Degree in Engineering ( marine/mechanical/Electrical/Elektronics/industrial)
  • knowlegde in using Auto CAD
  • 2 years working experience 
  • fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • able to work under pressure
  • willing to work overtime
  • prepare costing for new barge/ship construction
  • prepare documentation in compliance with statutory body ( Marine Dept) Class SCM & NKK class
  • prepare progress report for projects, upslip and donwslip reports.

2. HR Cum Payroll Manager

  • candidates must possess at least a bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human resource Management
  • at least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • preferably managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • full time position is available
  • proficient in both spoken and written English and Malay and Chinese
  • mature personality, strong problem solving skills, multi tasking and good team/people management skills
  • excellent knowledge in labour law and handling full spectrum of HR function
  • male candidate are preference
3. Accountant

  • candidates must possess at least a bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • able to work independently with tight schedules and deadlines
  • full time positions are available
  • strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • responsible for all accounting and finance function and monitory of all accounting procedures and reporting system.
  • responsible for preparing and evaluating monthly management reports to top management
  • liaise with other professional, bankers and authorities for corporate or exercise
  • to oversee and supervise the accounts staff of the Group for the day to day operation
